Where we work
Monterrey and the industrial municipalities within about one hour: Apodaca, Escobedo, Guadalupe, San Nicolás, Santa Catarina, García, Pesquería, Salinas Victoria and Ciénega de Flores. Transport to sites more than 25 km from downtown Monterrey is quoted at the out-of-town rate. For projects elsewhere in Mexico we sell used equipment with shipping, but we do not rent outside the Monterrey area.
Supplier registration: what we provide
CFDI electronic invoice for every rental, in Mexican pesos plus VAT (16 %).
Tax status certificate (CSF) and other tax documents, sent directly to your procurement or accounts payable team on request.
DC-3 certificate for each operator (the Mexican labor competency record), plus operator ID documents when the site requires them.
Civil liability insurance and equipment insurance; machines with backup alarm, beacon light and fire extinguisher.
Maintenance checklist for the machine and a daily hour log signed by your site supervisor; it is the basis of every invoice.
On request: operator health letter and drug test.
What your team usually provides
Your company's tax data (RFC and tax certificate) so we can issue the invoice to the right entity.
Site-specific requirements in writing before the start date: induction courses, access hours, special PPE, gate procedures.
Special personal protective equipment beyond the standard kit, if your site requires it.
Access for a lowboy trailer to unload the machine.
We confirm every site requirement with you before assigning the machine, so there are no surprises on day one.
How payment works
Rentals are billed per hour in blocks: 45 hours (one week) or 180 hours (one month). Minimum rental is 40 hours.
Each block is paid in advance by bank transfer and renewed before the hours run out.
Hours are only discounted for mechanical breakdown, operator absence or rain days that stop work.
